A rough total of all super balances for everyone buying the home. The pathway uses your existing super as structural leverage alongside a traditional home loan.

What's your current employment situation?

The loan side of the structure is assessed on stable, ongoing income. Full-time employment is the current minimum for the Community Funding pathway.
